First time going there , the staff is pleasant, patient, kind bedside Manor. I enjoyed the visit...
The lady doing registration for lab work needs more training. Not professional, way she speaks to patients, "Well do you have it or not? " to several people while I was just sitting in the waiting area. She needs training!!!!!
I got diagnosed with strep throat yesterday at my primary care. I came here today because my chest now feels heavy and full. Dr. Fadi Hassan Daouk did NOT listen to me. Before he even looked in my mouth he said, “you don’t have strep throat it’s viral you’ll be fine” excuse me? I said “but i do…you didn’t even look in my mouth” he looked in my mouth for .5 seconds and says nope it’s fine i see nothing wrong when my throat & tonsils are swollen, red, & has white spots in it.
