Front desk and mammogram staff showed no interest in assisting when order was not in system. Appt was 10 minutes before physician office opened for me to obtain the order. I was told no time to even ask as they know my physician office "doesn't ever send stuff over". Waited two months for appt on a scheduled day off so I was unable to try to take cancellation appt for next day. Things happen but no excuse for multiple staff to show no compassion to patients. Worth hospital and service ever!!!!!! I came to do x-ray they send me to ER to register for X-Ray after I finish she gave me paper and she send me back back to waiting room! She never told me to.give the paper to the registration people I was waiting for 3 hours and then I start asking about my self and they never helped until she start looking for my registration paper and she never locate them, I told her I have some paper with me and she said yes those are the papers we are looking for. I came into the emergency department this morning for what I expected to be a kidney stone. Everyone was very compassionate and caring and prioritized my pain management and testing in a timely manner along with my comfort. Also, when I told the doctor what I thought was wrong with me, I felt validated and listened to and not dismissed as many doctors will do. Turns out it was a kidney stone. Front desk is incompetent. They tell me I can view my ct results on labcorp. I wait over a week to have labcorp tell me I have to deal with acension patient portal because they don't handle ct scans. The last time I tried to set up Patient portal Ascension told me they don't have patient portal for southeast Michigan. To make matters worse they are transitioning to Henry Ford health care which uses Epic Mychart app which would be nice if they actually used that app, but they don't.
