HORRIBLE EMERGENCY FRONT DESK SERVICE!!!!!! Went in for my 2 year old he was in pain and the lady with the red hair at the front desk was horrible to us and to other people there was a women there that was fainting and in horrible condition and the front desk lady could care less and was ignoring everyone and when we did talk to her she was very very rude and did not want to help at all !! I have never had as quick, considerate, and helpful care as I had at my visit yo the ER yesterday. The staff from reception, my nurses, and my doctor were excellent and I thoroughly appreciate the way they treated my situation and how each of them listened to me. I was sent home with the means to get my health back on track and hopefully a speedy recovery from a terrifying condition. Thank you for all of your support yesterday.
Scheduled my ultrasound. Preregistered .Waited 45mins in lobby, and was taken back to be told they don't do Msk ultrasound s even though I verified prior through Scheduling and sent script via email. Very disappointing for a major hospital
