I love Megan K at St. John ER trama center she is the best along side with Iyanna she is a great nurse they deserve a raise for going above and beyond

I have had Lab work done at St. John's Hospital for over 30 years. They have gone through many changes in their delivery system. Some not so good. I found the experience yesterday and today very concerning and frustrating. The check-in system for patients using a computer screen is convenient for most people, but as a patient, I had to assist other people trying to check-in as they were very frustrated and there was only one person at the 3 stations serving in coming people. I went to St John's to get oral surgery, all was good till the nurse that woke me up immediately saying they were not going to be giving me anything for pain. I felt like my face just got hit by a truck, ended up swearing at the guy, this is something they need to discuss before a surgery... if you read this, sorry for swearing it wasn't your fault but I do think you guys need to address something like that before..
