First time worse experience. Get there sign in on kiosk for lab work. Waited 20 minutes went to desk to question that I was in the right place! After an hour wait turns out system not link to Henry ford my lab order wasn’t in system!!!! Went to main campus to their lab where I should have went first!! But thinking they are close and convenient but not always the case.
Got blood work taken here, was quite speedy however I was left with a large and painful bruise. I regularly give blood and have had blood drawn many times, never have bruised like this before.
I’ve always gone here. But the new Labcorp employees are unhappy. My phlebotomist was mad at her co-worker today so I took the brunt of it. She stabbed me and now I have a nice bruise. I won’t be back. Which is a shame because thus far they’ve been good and are convenient.
Miserable experience. No direction to sign in on the kiosk. I waited 10 minutes and then a tech came out and said “You gots to sign in on the kiosk.” For the last 15 years, there has been a binder to sign in on. I assumed that they were replacing the pages for signing in. My mistake. Unqualified, uneducated and incompetent employees behind the plexiglass. DO BETTER LABCORP! Actually, don’t. Just leave.
This is one of my best kept secrets. I went in this morning and literally, as I finished the auto check- in, they called my name. They had me in and out in no time flat. The waiting room is not crowded. The place is clean and if you go in and get the gode,they cover the parking fee for the lot.
