Called in advance to verify xray technician would be available. Was told there would be, asked my paperwork would be prepared in advance. Drove over an hour to get to urgent care to be told no, the xray technician left early.
The wait time was long, both in the waiting room and in the back. Considering there weren't many people waiting to be seen, I expected things to move along quicker. After viewing my radiology report, the NP determined I needed to "stop falling". Well DUH! She said she wasn't sure about my X-rays, but nothing appeared to be broken. This NP assumed me she would call be as soon as the x-rays were completely viewable. It's been 4 days, no word. I'll go to Owasso or Tulsa, should I fall again.
