I'm sorry to say Nedta Edward's is terrible. When first started coming to Dr. Carvers office I had Lisa Johnson. She was great! They stuck me with Nedra. I have been frustrated and disappointed every visit since. She is either painfully slow about things or just doesn't take care at all. I have to call the office several times to get scripts sent to the pharmacy. And they don't answer messages on the patient portal either. I will make appointment with Dr. Carver from now on.
Awesome experience except phone service trying to get get to talk to office staff. Staff is also awesome. Change phone to call who you need.
Always a good time !
This office is so much easier for me to go to than the Medical Parks Building. They take very good care of me here.
