Absolutely AWFUL experience with this office. Twice they did not tell me that the doctor I have been seeing is no longer with the practice. They have been refilling my prescription for two years with no issue. Now all of the sudden they will not give me anything until I come in for an appointment. They will not give me enough medicine to last up to my appointment. They never gave me ANY notice that I needed to come in. I use to see Dr. vandenbussche when she was there, she was GOD sent. Loved her but she went on maternity leave and didn't return. I started seeing the NP Brad who was also very helpful. One time i was trying to make an appointment with him and the receptionist kept saying "oh brad can't help with this and that because he's an NP, you would need to see a physician"..well Brad was fully capable of helping me with my request with no problem at all. Absolutely horrible experience with this office. I had been a patient for 10+ years and have been handed over from one doctor to another over the years. As I have no chronic illness which requires regular visits, I have not scheduled yearly appointments other than flu shots. Recently, I called the office to schedule this years and was told that I could not since I have not been seen in two years. Dr. Rayes is the most thorough and compassionate primary care doctor I’ve ever experienced. Their office staff is always very sweet and helpful. I feel so grateful for this practice that even after I moved away from the Roseville area, I happily continue to drive for visits with Dr. Rayes. She will be my PCP for life.
