Absolutely horrible experience with this office. I had been a patient for 10+ years and have been handed over from one doctor to another over the years. As I have no chronic illness which requires regular visits, I have not scheduled yearly appointments other than flu shots. Recently, I called the office to schedule this years and was told that I could not since I have not been seen in two years. Dr. Rayes is the most thorough and compassionate primary care doctor I’ve ever experienced. Their office staff is always very sweet and helpful. I feel so grateful for this practice that even after I moved away from the Roseville area, I happily continue to drive for visits with Dr. Rayes. She will be my PCP for life.
Tried to make appointment ph # just rings no vm tried multiple times I am assuming its a phone connection issue
I came to this group for a single doctor who had to leave the group once she had her lovely baby. With her there was rapport, care and respect—I wish I could have had her for years to come. What’s left here is a clinic who treat and check off faceless ppl on a list. Unfortunately I have not have had the opportunity to change my primary care doctor for my son and I, and this is a huge regret. Waits for appointment always months out. Dr. Rayes is a remarkable healthcare provider. She is so attentive & helpful. She takes her time to listen to each concern brought up. She is very thorough & educated on the latest research. We feel so comfortable and confident with her that we see her & so do our children. Dr. Rayes is extremely understanding & compassionate and she also is direct and concise.
