I guess every individual is different especially with skin color. I had a horrible experience that left me with bad anxiety since I set foot in that First Aid CPR class last week. Since the first time the instructor in the main floor room set his eyes on me, he has been critical of me. He complained about me not wearing a socks despite having my runners in my bag. The CPR dummies light were obviously glitching and if he would based his judgement on that, more than half of the class ought to fail. I have been around this city... read more

I called to book a First Aid course because I was having issues booking on the website. The individual I spoke with was extremely rude and in no way helpful when I explained my issue and asked to book over the phone. I ended up booking with Canadian Red Cross and had an amazing experience. Will not use St. John's training in the future and will not recommend
