I would like to provide feedback on my CPR instructor, John. He created a very positive and supportive learning environment from the beginning of the training. His teaching was thorough and well-organized, and he took the time to explain each step clearly so it was easy to understand and follow along. I finished my 2 day CPR C+/AED training today with Dan as our classes trainer for both days. I was worried going into this that my mind would wander because let’s be frank the long lists of information can easily become boring and repetitive. Dan kept our class as a whole engaged with a great sense of humour and a clear zest for teaching. Dan was patient and made sure any practical skill we needed improvement on was noted without judgment. I highly recommend St. John’s ambulance as your spot for training! Thanks again Dan :)
Completed First Aid Training with Dan through my work, awesome trainer and really brings a lot of enthusiasm/engagement to the sessions. Would recommend this course, everyone should have some level of first aid training.
Just finished my First Aid , wanted to give a shout out to the staff and Dan McQuain our instructor who made it fun, engaging and very informative, pausing when needed and answering any questions with patiences . See you again !
