I wish I could give them less than one star. The receptionist lady thinks she is all that. They do not care about fixing appointments after they cancel, no matter what medical issue. Receptionist gives you attitude the whole day and is consistently on her phone.
Cannot even explain how amazing all the staff members are. Tracy is SO kind hearted and helpful. Dr. Hines is very knowledgeable and actually really cares about the well-being of her patients. The phlebotomist Shan is beyond great, very smart and very well-mannered. Love this place! 10/10 recommend to anyone!
