Lived at St.Joe for 3 years. Friendly staff and well kept property. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly thanks to Chris! He's always there to help as are all the office staff!
I would highly recommend St. Joe place! I have lived at St. Joe place for about a year and it exceeded my expectations. Having the apartment fully furnished is very convenient and it comes with great amenities. Marco and the rest of the staff are amazing and always willing to help when I have questions. Marco is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond for all of the residents. By far the best apartment complex around!
I would highly recommend St. Joe Place among all other housing options in the IPFW radius. It not only has the best offered amenities but it also has a homey feel to the apartments along with an impeccable staff. Erik Hand among the few has really shown me top of the notch hospitality and has always been eager to help me whenever I have needed it!
The rent is cheap and the employees are friendly. They usually have contests giving away free products (apple tv, free rent for a month, etc.) and do social gatherings occasionally. Marco was a huge help when I first moved in two years ago having everything laid out and ready to sign when I arrived.
I love St joe place! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Chris the maintenance man. He is quick to fix any problems that I have encountered (which haven't been too many!) I love using the pool and 24 hour fitness center. Also, there are always resident events going on and opportunities to win free stuff! :)
I have lived at St. Joe for two years now and I love it!! The rooms are great, it comes fully furnished which is a major plus. The staff completely surpasses any other. Whenever I walk into the clubhouse I am greeted with the staff calling me by my name. I've had a few minor issues and Megan was amazing to help out. She was quick to figure out the problem and made sure that it got not only resolved but done promptly and correct as well. If you are looking for a nice place to live I would definitely recommend St. Joe Place! The staff is awesome and always helpful! I am constantly asking my leasing manager, Marco for assistance with things or if I have questions and he is always so nice and helpful. St. Joe Place also always has activities going on, free giveaways, games, free food, etc. I'm about to be going on my third year living here and I could not imagine myself anywhere else!
I've been extremely happy with my stay at St. Joe Place.! Every time I need assistance with something the staff is extremely helpful, especially the maintenance staff Chris and his sidekick. I would highly recommend this place to live.
Looking for someone to take over my lease at the beginning of May. 2 bedroom 2 bath. Also I have my lease signed for next year too so looking for someone that can take over as well.
