Anyone looking to sign with St. Joe Place for the upcoming school semester? I am finishing up school and no longer need my lease from January until the end of the lease in July of 2021. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment that is already shared with a roommate. Mind you it is mostly a college aged (18-26) complex. Lived here for the last 5 years and I still love it! Very spacious and love having a bathroom in every bedroom along with a balcony since other complexes in FW don’t have them.
Their leasing terms are horrible and the owner refused to work with students that were affected by the pandemic COVID-19 Crisis. I found them to be unethical and deceptive in all business practices.

I am looking for a female to take over my lease whenever until July 31, 2020! The rent is $470/monthly and includes cable, water and wifi! Electric is a separate cost but runs low. The office has computers, printers, a gym, tanning bed, pool and hot tub available for residents in a safe, gated community. Let me know if anyone is interested
