Anyone looking to sign with St. Joe Place for the upcoming school semester? I am finishing up school and no longer need my lease from January until the end of the lease in July of 2021. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment that is already shared with a roommate. Mind you it is mostly a college aged (18-26) complex. Lived here for the last 5 years and I still love it! Very spacious and love having a bathroom in every bedroom along with a balcony since other complexes in FW don’t have them.
Their leasing terms are horrible and the owner refused to work with students that were affected by the pandemic COVID-19 Crisis. I found them to be unethical and deceptive in all business practices.
I am currently having a very poor experience at St. Joe Place Apartments. I am roommates with an individual who works for St. Joe, and is also pregnant. Her boyfriend had been living with us for about a month now, which according to the lease is not permitted & would be considered a breach of the lease. I contacted the manager & she told me that she could not do anything about it and only offered for me to move into a different apartment after I expressed my concerns which I thought was ridiculous and a smack in the face.
