These apartments have potential but with the resources provided makes the experience 2 stars. During the summer, window units are overworked to keep cool temps. They have to run all day to keep the apartment cool. You'll have to request an additional unit for the bedroom because the heat gets intense especially after shutting the bedroom door. The bathrooms are not insulated being that whatever temp it is outside it will be in the bathroom. AC units from the apartment above drips on my ac unit causing a loud driplet noise al... read more
At one time this was a hidden gem. I lived here for 9 years in various apartments. This week I took my kids down to show them where we started off. I was almost brought to tears the way it has become. Trash was everywhere! All of the pristine landscape had been replaced with plastic flowers. Places that once flourished with beautiful flowers have now been all taken over by trash and weeds. If you have any concerns for your family safety, please don't move here.
This most horrific experience ever. Teens shot dead across street..ex neighbor involved in murder..and harassed me constantly. Management lied and discriminated against me for speaking up about rental laws during COVID-19... Don't Move There!! Looks are deceiving and parking sucks! Pics soon. It used to be a wonderful place to live until APMC management switched everyone to month-to-month leases without discussing it with us. Then, once the apartments were bought by Chasen Companies, they decided to NOT renew our leases which—conveniently for them—were ending at the end of the month! It’s clear this was in the works for a long time but residents were blindsided. Don’t waste your money. They are untrustworthy and soulless.
