The management is terrible and the maintenance is even worst. If you need anything to be done, you better do it yourself!
A few months ago, I went on their website and scheduled a tour. I got a confirmation email that said someone would reach out shortly. I never received a call from anyone. I called the number but could never get through. That experience did help me decide to purchase a home. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.
DO NOT APPLY It’s a scam. They are extremely hard to get on the phone through the entire process. My family member applied and was denied. For whatever reason. But they were approved through another rental property. They promised to send the money via check if denied. When they called to get a status conveniently the number doesn’t work.
