I was having problems emotionally and physically and I did not pay my rent on time because I was in the hospital when I finally managed to get out of the hospital all of my belongings were thrown to the dumpster including the cremated remains of my brother which I thought was extremely disrespectful this place is a piece of s*** the staff is a piece of s*** do not take any of your loved ones to this place euthanize them instead of taking them to this place

It's a terrible place to live. Management is a joke. The person who is charge hides in the back by the vets side, office manager is a 2 faced, rude, bully, disrespectful, condescending, nobody is right except him. The outside of building there are big rats running around., the 2nd floor smells of pee, the 3rd floor smells like skunk weed, bathrooms are dirty and cleaned only 2 times a week (as we share showers), elevators are dirty. Staff was very rude to me and dishonest. Residence was very rude and hateful to me. I was abused by resident. Staff would not do nothing about it. Before I left I was told that the place would be condemned. That was in 2019. And after I had moved within a matter of months I was told that it was condemned. Then a little bit later I was told that they reopened and did renovation. More happened to me while I was there. This was between approximately 2014 to 2019.
