Dr axtel acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Did a nerve conduction test and gave me results then said if I developed any issues in the areas he tested to call the office. Of course within a few hours of the appointment my hand was in worse shape. Called the office a couple days later and was told nothing could be done until I see the other doctor. I personally have had great experiences here, I’ve seen three different Dr’s at this location for foot joint cysts and elbow/hand tendinitis. As far as Dr. Axtel I have heard many negative experiences from family and acquaintances. I personally had a good experience, I am allergic to many anti inflammatory medications and he put me on one that I am not allergic to and has helped tremendously.

Women at the front desk were very nice and helpful. But I would never recommend Dr. Axtell. He acted as if my being there was a nuisance to him. The few appointments I've had there lasted maybe 5 minutes each. I felt like I was basically told to deal with my pain and it wasn't a big deal.
