Talk about an awful experience from the moment we arrived. We're rented a slip for the day to visit my mum who lives in St. James, and figured we could check out the marina while we were there as we are in the market for a permanent home at the coast for our boat. We waited over 2.5hrs for them to put our boat in the water. After repeated requests too put out in we were told it was a "miscommunication".
