Someone in the back corner of this place by piney Hill road's been selling meth for at least four plus years this is a horrible place nobody should live there
If your not paying lot rent, then you know that the price gouging is awful for people whom are just seeking to rent a trailer. The rent goes up excessively, sometimes triple in just a years time. Currently paying in the range of $800-900 a MONTH to rent a single trailer. With the horrible pricing, you'd expect that there would be some courtesy from park management; unfortunately, they are incredibly intrusive and overbearing, making it seem like you aren't welcome.
