Is private. Nice apartments and my friend has a beautiful apt. I don't know the rental fees. What I do know each person has their own security code to enter. The bit I have seen is quite clean.
I have lived at Saint James Manor apartments for the last two years and I must say I couldn’t be more happy with the building and it’s tenants. When there are issues within The apartments maintenance personnel Joe and Nick plus the other team members are there quickly to resolve them. The grounds are well-kept. I really do miss the old manager here Robin she was the biggest reason that I moved here.
