This was the absolute worst IHG HOTEL IHG HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT!!!! Old outdated musty smelling rooms not to mention mice running all over the place. Plus the general manager named Erin and the assistant general manager named Chase were rude and did nothing to help rectify the situation they just told me to deal with it. Stayed here for a night traveling from Texas. Cherise, Kentrell and the man working Saturday evening (apologies for not remembering his name) are absolute gems as stewards for exceptional customer service. Incredibly friendly and helpful. The proximity to the French Quarter, Caesar’s Palace, Mother’s cafe and anything you need all within walking distance is a huge plus as well. We will definitely come back and book here for all our future visits to New Orleans.
The rooms are very nice, GREAT location to explore the Quarter and Precious at the front desk was the cherry on top. Precious was friendly,accommodating and made the stay extra special.
Room was exactly as described on website. Beautiful elegant ambiance. The service was fast and incredible, they stored our suitcase for us, as we were 2 hours early for check-in. We had an issue with the tv in our room and the service guy came up immediately and fixed it at 10pm! The dipping pool was cold and refreshing after a day out in the hot humid weather. Andrew and Precious were super helpful and very friendly as well as inviting! The location of this hotel is perfect walking distance to everything!
The staff is amazing they made my special day even better love this hotel
