Honestly not even worth getting into the all details of why I’m giving two stars. Rude staff. Severely unprofessional given the cost of renting the space. Someone from our wedding party asked to use a printer and the onsite manager said she doesn’t know how to use a computer, in addition to just being really rude to everyone in the wedding party all night. St James 1868 is truly amazing and I cannot speak more highly of the venue and their staff! The venue itself is stunning and the whole team paid so much attention to detail to ensure our wedding day was executed perfectly so we could be fully present with our family and friends! St. James is a breathtaking venue with top-of-the-line staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and truly great at what they do. Their preferred vendor list makes it so easy to determine who to use for your day, and they guide you throughout the entire planning process. Their day-of coordinator was an absolute lifesaver and helped ensure that every detail we had planned was executed perfectly.
