Quite expensive. We ordered steak frites, and the meat was very tough and difficult to chew.
We had a wonderful dinner at St. Jack! Our server, Jill, was fantastic and recommended a lovely Chenin Blanc that paired perfectly with our meal. (For the wine name it is ? but it was delicious 😉) We started with the Green Coriander dish, followed by the Ling Cod with chanterelles, summer corn, and champagne sauce, which was outstanding. LOVED the carpaccio, prawns, and peach salad. The tartare (usually a favorite dish) was TOTALLY overwhelmed with raw onion and was not balanced; I couldn’t taste the tartare at all without picking around the onions and pickle chunks. Service was great up through our final dish arriving, but after we had finished eating we were left unattended for a long time and I had to flag someone down for the check.
