VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND FLOWERS THAT WERE ALMOST OUT OF SEASON BUT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEIR SHOP IS THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU HAPPEN TO NEED FLOWERS OR ARE JUST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Very creative and great customer service! – After reading the bad review about St. Ives florist I was skeptical about them, but they are located right down the street and I was desperate, so I decided to check it out anyways. My boyfriend and I are having our 2 year anniversary next month and I wanted to send him flowers but I know how much guys love flowers so I was kind of stuck on what kinds of things he would appreciate, so anyways I went to St. Ives Florist and spoke to a man there about some ideas, he was so helpful. Sour Grapes? – I never write a review on ANYTHING, but must make an exception in this case after reading the previous review. I've dealt with several Reno florists in the past 20 years and St. Ives is right at the top of the list. The people are friendly and helpful, delivery has always been prompt, the arrangements beautiful and long lasting, and the prices fair. I've NEVER had a problem that wasn't taken care of immediately and courteously. I highly recommend St. Ives.
