Decent place but they are very concerned about the residents. Just got an email about valet trash - they're planning to fine residents for having trash cans outside if it doesn't fall into the trash collecting times of 5pm-8pm. The world and many of us are facing financial hardships yet the complex wants to give fines & stress residents more.. on top of the miscellaneous monthly fees already added to our rent. The community was well kept and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns.
