I moved in about 4 months ago and since I have moved in, the AC has not been up to date. I have put in multiple request to fix the maintenance and when they come in to "adjust" it, it will stop working after a few days to a week. This apartment was not inspected before move in and has me and my two kids sitting in 90 degree and higher temperatures in my own apartment to where it is not livible and I have to go outside to get relief. I have been a tenant here since 2022 and I love it here I'm close to lot of shopping stores well as restaurants and I love the area I'm living at I feel safe here and community is very pleasant and quiet most of the times. My microwave went out and I put in request they immediately brought a new microwave for my place and the maintenance staff are very kind and respectful.
After weeks of waiting to have my kitchen light bulb replaced and putting in multiple request. I was able to get help by Stephen A. he provided excellent maintenance service in my unit on 8/28/2025. He promptly replaced my kitchen light, bulbs, and the microwave. He completed the work efficiently and with great attention to professionalism. He was courteous and mindful of my schedule while I worked from home, which I truly appreciated.
