Honestly the best experience I have ever had! everybody is so polite from Julissa at the front desk very friendly and welcoming . and the assistant Ana & Dr Patel they were patient & very kind. they saw I was visibly scared and they talked to me & told me every step they were going to do through the process.Dr. Patel and Ana kept asking was I ok or in any pain they were so polite and made me feel so comfortable and the pharmacist Tanisha was just as polite.. I love this clinic.
This clinic is very friendly and always positive from the front with Marcie to back with Sam and Meses.Ana is always very happy and willing to assist with dental as well.
The staff from front office to back are kind, courteous and caring! Thank you for your support and guidance! I wanted to also edit this post as my initial review did not cover how grateful I am for their continued support and commitment to my wellness. I have found a community here at Northwest!
Excellent service, everyone had outstanding attitudes/personalities, very professional, and extremely polite. Everyone here really really cares! This is the place you want to be. <3
Came in to office to visit for dental and Marcie and Ana were very friendly and had great customer service. Dr Le was very nice and explained all the treatment and very comforting. Would definitely recommend!
