I truly want to give five stars to St Hope Foundation. Every time I come in, the experience is smooth and welcoming. Marcie who is at the front helping people check in and guiding them through the app, is always on top of everything. She makes sure everyone knows what to do, checks you in quickly, and keeps things organized. She’s professional, kind, and consistently does a great job. No one ever picks up the phone don’t come here
Unprofessional staff. They will gossip and complain about you; the patient. They will be on their personal phones and apparently taking pictures of you if they don’t like you. This is supposed to be a face of a person who is inoffensive and innocent. Holding back her laugh from the distress they put you in. If being late means you no longer get GGOD PATIENT CARE THEN SAY THAT BEFORE BOOKING A PATIENT!!
Ok every one but there psychiatrist are great so far I’ve talked to two of them just hung up on one they are the most judgmental hurtful women I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to i spent all night trying to talk my self out of suicide and this lady just made me consider it even more cause I have multiple different medical issues I have multiple doctors they both judged me on that fact alone think I’m med seeking when I have my meds still from three months ago and they don’t care at all if I do commit suicide I’ll be su... read more
