It’s not possible that you guys can’t send a message or a call when you close early!! It’s been three times I get to the clinic and is closed!
Trying to book an appointment by phone has become a nightmare; I have to go all the way there just to schedule one. Now they have an AI system that doesn’t work properly, and whenever I get transferred to a representative... they hang up on me. I’ve been dealing with this for a month, and now I’m going to have to take a day off work just to go in and request an appointment.
I have meet new people at the melvin , Michael and Lucy are the best when it come to getting your medicine order and everything I was there for less then 10 mins
I am so grateful for Lauren at SHF for all of her help and above-and-beyond efforts in helping with my paperwork and case management.
