I pay for unlimited washes for both of my vehicles. It's not cheap so I expect at the very least a little customer service, but I went there today at 1:50 pm and someone came out and said "Sorry I just closed for the day, the person who is supposed to come in for the next shift didn't show up" and he walked away before I could even talk to him. I will not be renewing my vehicles for unlimited washes and will use another car wash in the future.
👎👎 put $10 in automatic touchless but it ate my cash so drive around to where u drive thru workers are to find a fist fight going on with worker & (?)patron. I backed out quick when I heard call 911 without being able to ask for refund!
It sucks mostly everything is broken, theres no one around to help you and when you do find help they say "come back tomorrow and wait for the boss."
