Found a Jeep that my wife wanted and got in touch with Dan Priest He made the deal easy by getting everything done through phone calls and email as my wife and I live two hours away in Washington. I definitely recommend checking them out. They are a true small town dealer and are worth the drive
I only have one suggestion for improvement: clearer pictures of vehicles in for service. The photos on my service dashboard were very blurry and I wouldn’t know if any new dings or dents happened until after pickup. Otherwise, I am very grateful to Miss Ingrid and the service team at SHCDJR for going the extra mile to get my aging Jeep Rene back on the road. Dan and Mac were incredible. Through thie buying process! Made it very simple and quick! Unbeknownst to them the Durango had a bad gauge cluster and needed to be returned to them for repair. Mac not only provided me with a loaner car but they delivered it to me which is 140 miles from the dealership.. Would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be purchasing from St Helen Auto Group again
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing our Chrysler Pacifica. The sales manager Mak Boring got us a good trade in offer and we were able to make the purchase with ease. She helped us set up our Chrysler account to access various needs and explained our warranty options. Happy with the overall experience and am looking forward to enjoying the 2 year included maintenance provided by the dealership.
