most of the nurses and sitters are fine however on the 10 of this oct the morning shift is very unsettiling. the male nurse left mom in the chair to relive herself telling her daughter shes just making it up...then the sitter for mom who has dementia..... tilted the bed with moms feet up to the ceiling head to the floor,, to keep her from getting out of bed,,,, i didnt know what to say this went on 20 minites,,,, sitter said this wore the patient out but looked more like waterbourding to me and mom was so stressed...i am so ... read more
they didnt let me put zero stars so I put one. nthey never answer phones so I had to go down in person front desk Kristen was no help so i asked for the supervision by the name of Trish nothin till i had to go above her head now all is well.. but shouldn't of had to do all that...........
BEWARE of Debbie McBroom she works as a traveling nurse at this hospital. She is doing this job not because of her passion but because it's "very lucrative" as she told me. She rented from me in a furnished rental and is a very dirty woman. She fried food (she doesn't eat meat) and splatter grease all over the kitchen and walls. Worst of all her large very expensive long haired dog dug holes all over the yard. Worst yet the dog destroyed thousands of furnishings and the exterior of my home. It is a good thing we had had prior explanations of husband's hip issue. He seemed uninterested...just another elderly hip replacement. I had some info to share but he kept on moving around the exam table was ignoring me. I stopped abruptly in the middle of a sentence, and he did not notice...always a good way to check.
Horrible surgeon! He’s a liar and does what evil he wants ! Now I need a shoulders replacement!
This doctor doesn't deserve any stars. My 19 y/o son had multiple fractures due to a MVA. First red flag about this office and this doctor’s practice was that we were expected to complete a patient assessment form for the doctor?? Why would we be the one (my son at that matter) to complete the assessment form if the doctor should be the one performing the examination with the patient? Horrible wait time to get registered. I’ve been here and hour and half and have yet to be registered for lab work. Completely unprofessional staff and extremely slow. No sense or urgency at all.
He doesn't care... He said so himself. Literally. Sohail was the overseeing physician while my father was at West Hills Hospital where he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and pneumonia. He released him to come home with a prescription for an antibiotic which we tried to fill immediately but all local pharmacies needed to order it and it was 5-7 days before they could get a hold of it. Dr Nelson was very nice when I met him 5 years ago. However his front desk lied, sent me to collections and charged me for an injection I never received. Tried to talk to Elena the front staff about it but she was rude, didn’t let me get a word in and actually hung up on me. She said they had proof I went In and my Id, signature and insurance card matched. At the time they said I got an injection I had already moved out of Bakersfield and had a different job w a different insurance. I was also at a nursing training 2.5 hours... read more
