this place is such TRASH! My grandma was here in her final days. the nurses leading up to those days, went above and beyond. my rating isn't on them or for them. this poor rating is based on front office management. they treated my grandma like just a number. the front office staff had to wait for a pre paid check for, 2 weeks of living there on hospice without using her Medicare, as we transferred to hospice. this process took 1 whole work day, that should have been spent grieving/talking to my grandma...just yelling out ho... read more
My grandmother was there, she passed away this morning. I want to thank the nurses who helped her, who did what they could because they were good with her. The admin on the other hand treated my grandma as a number and I won’t stand for that. She was way more than a number. She was a strong woman of faith, so beautifully made and you admin saw her as a money, this saddens me deeply. My family has been in contact with you, and instead of letting them grieve, you admin are being petty. You are on the wrong business if you want... read more
I do not recommend this place nurses are ok but they are in humane in the Business office I would not recommend taking your loved one there first hand experience

St Giles has one of the best CNA care that the facility provides. Not only the care but it looks Amazing!
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nurses, CNAs, and all the staff are wonderful and have much compassion for my mom. They are very helpful and attend to my moms needs to whatever she might need. If they can’t get an answer for any questions or concerns, they will ask mangers and head nurses to get you the the answers for your questions or concerns. The transportation unit is great when taking my mom to her appointments. I can say my moms stay so far has been excellent and would recommend this place.
Beautiful facility!!! Great staff, great food, great environment!!! Highly recommend St Giles for your loved ones care ❤
Amicable staff, attentive and very caring to a residents need. The food is out of this world. You could say it’s surrounded by love and not cotton fields.
