Slow service, No help, 2 nurses sitting around , not doing anything but talking. About nobody in this place able to help anybody. Should have had nobody come in
Dr. Reinardy is phenomenal! He does a spectacular job of explaining everything and is very kind. He was able to answer every question I had and didn’t make me feel rushed. It is clear that he cares very much about helping his patients and is an expert in his field. 10/10! I highly recommend him!
Edit: Instructed me to inject progesterone in hip area/muscle resulting in horrible scar tissue. Multiple other NFP clinics I’ve been to since going to St. Gianna’s 4 years ago have WANRED me of how damaging that is. Progesterone injections should be administered above the buttocks, NOT the hip muscle area. Hope they updated their instructions/information for future/current pregnant patients.
