Did not read all my summarized results from tests done and background history from Gp- Just got sent back to the Gp to follow up for future , I did not feel that i got enough reassurance of my options regarding prevention or solving the problem…. Going to get second opinion from another Specialist.
I made an appointment in April 2025 for my daughter. They gave me a booking with Dr Eric Farmer for early August - a four month waiting period. On the morning of the consult, his office called and said Farmer doesn't see any patient below the age of 16. Why did they accept the booking to begin with? Why did they wait until the last minute (literally four hours before the consult) to call me? I wasn't even offered an apology. Very poor professional conduct.
I would just like to recognise the two administration staff working for the professor, Liz and Bhav. They were both extremely kind and caring and made my appointments a pleasant experience. Thank you so much. Gail M.
Tests Friday 28th & Monday 31/07/23. Both days a cordial and friendly reception and top professional service tests both days. Thanks to Paul the Radiographer and the gracious, and helpful team leader at both check in and out. Many Thanks Terrance and Leanne McFadyen
