Have been waiting 2 weeks for lab work and imaging to schedule appointments as per my doctor's orders. I've called 3 times, first they said they don't have orders. Second time the order for CT scan was sent to the wrong lab by their "system " I had to request to have it sent to back to them only to find out it went to the wrong facility 2 hours away. They sent the order to the correct facility and then they have to get je on the schedule before my insurance can pre approve . Talked with my insurance, no problem I have a PPO ... read more
