I was admitted here via emergency after a 5 car accident. The nurse in Ed was extremely abrupt rude and assaulted me on my injury. I told her that my ear drum was blown and a broken collar bone and broken ribs. She proceeded to say don’t tell me how to do my job after a complained. She hurt me while trying to provide care. I had a lower back fusion and stayed 4 nights at level 4 room 430,I was more than impressed with the nurses i would give them 10 out 10 they were very caring and helpful and care for all my needs and very understanding ❤️. Wasn't to happy with phyiso people would give them a 3. Wardsman were great . Theater staff were fantastic. Thanks to all the nurses and people that took care of me.

My husband came here for what was quoted as a 30 minute procedure. We were under the impression it would only be 2 hours or so. I dropped him at 8.30AM and under this impression I notified my work that I would be only absent for 2 hours or so. He did not leave the hospital until 12.40PM! I came to reception when 3 hours had elapsed asking if they could give me a more specific timeline for when he would be ready or if I could leave my husband to arrange things himself. Apparently my ex works here ! Previously worked @ Sutherland hospital !! She's very good @ her job but can't change a toilet paper roll ! She works for Wayne in orthopaedic ! Wish I had him & Roses money!!!!

My wife and I had scheduled her surgery for 9:00 AM, and we arrived at the hospital on time, expecting things to run according to schedule. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were left waiting for hours with no clear explanation or updates from the staff. This kind of delay is not only frustrating but also extremely stressful for a patient who is mentally preparing for surgery. A little communication and respect for our time would have made a huge difference. Very disappointing experience.
