My wife recently had surgery at St George Private Hospital. While the clinical care itself was fine, her pre-operative admission experience was quite distressing and left us disappointed. At reception she requested to update her address. She verbally said “two to eight Bruce Avenue,” but it was mistakenly recorded as 228 Bruce Avenue. Need more younger nurse as they have more passion and patience on baby and patients. I feel like I am the nurse who takes care of old nurse during the overnight shift.

I had a great experience at St George Private Hospital. My surgeon and anaesthetist went above and beyond to ensure a smooth operation and recovery. The nurses were incredibly caring, attentive, and accommodating, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. I’m very grateful to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism.

I'm shocked that hospitals disregard mental health. It's bad enough in the community with mental health but I wouldn't expect it in a hospital. Using someone's mental health against them is disgusting. I was upfront about my mental health I never hid a thing. Your website needs to be updated under the subject cognitive impairment which I have a cognitive impairment which I was also upfront about.
