RecommendedI agree that some of their staff are rude and offer no help other than the Dr is busy and cannot see you when you call for an appointment and cannot see you till next week. Guess you just have to go to urgent care or the emergency room. This has happened more than once.

I've never been to a doctor's office with staff as rude as the staff here. I overheard the receptionist belittling her callers, treating them like ornery children who won't listen and talking about getting drunk while on the clock. Whoever calls the patients back acts frustrated every time she pops her head out to call someone back. I don't see how anyone would willingly go here unless their insurance demanded it.
