This review is for the Pharmacy. I adore Mr. Hany and his team. They are always efficient and friendly. Mr. Hany in particular is a very kind man and knowledgeable professional, and I wanted to recognize him and his staff. Thank you!
Excellent doctors and Pharmacy staff but untrained and lazy receptionists.
We love dr khela, shes the best!!! and the staff there! Mary is such a sweetheart at the reception! Hani and his team at the pharmacy are awesome!
Horrible experience with this "walk-in" clinic. Walked in, stood in front of receptionist and another clinic staff and waited almost 5 mins before being acknowledged, while they spoke about patients problems. Advised that they are no longer accepting walk-ins at 1155hours because the doctor was going for lunch. On their website, advertised you are able to book a walk-in appointment. Told appointments are for patients with a registered doctor only.
