Pharmacist very professional and helpful Dr kathuria is a very Good Dr. Unfortunately limited schedule No evening or weekend appointments.
I visited the clinic today and had a very comfortable experience. Thank you for the kind treatment, attention to detail, and timely appointments. The pharmacists were respectful and attentive, and the clinic was clean, well-organized, and gave a sense of trust and comfort. Even my children felt safe and well cared for — something that’s hard to find these days. Thank you to the entire team for the professional and pleasant service🤍
Receptionists are always talking so loudly on phone , mostly to their family members. So unprofessional as there is always miscommunication between doctors and receptionists. There is no traige. No nurse comes for temperature, blood pressure. Doctors are always in a rush. Better to avoid.
Terrible customer service, you take an appointment but still you land up waiting for more than an hour. The front staff especially the lady in burkha is very rude and defensive if you share the wait time concern. Walks in patient are taken first irrespective others having an appointment scheduled. Avoid it unless you have no other options.
