I was here on the busiest day anyone I was speaking to had ever seen & one of them had been here a lot, and I was looked after in just over half the time I’ve been seen to anywhere else for the same condition.
Waiting over 6 hours to be seen absolutely unacceptable. My partner has been here needing medical attention, and we still haven’t been attended to. No updates, no communication, nothing. I understand the health system can be busy, but the least they could do is provide some information and show a bit of empathy. Terrible experience.
