Most disgusting management service The service is so bad. There is just one guy handling everything, and the complaints or problems with the apartment won’t get resolved for weeks, some time months. I can’t wait to get out of the apartment after my lease. I’d pay few bugs more and get a better place. They are good to look at but nothing good besides that.
2 Year Resident I have lived at the 400 Passaic Ave building for two years and it is an excellent place to live. The staff are very attentive and quickly respond to any inquiries or requests you may have. They are very flexible, courteous and accommodating. The location is great with Tops Diner right next door and a short walk to the Harrison Path Station or the Newark Broad Street NJTransit Station. Would highly recommend.
