I took my 2003 Suzuki (it was on nonoperated status for about five years) to St. George Fuel (STAR Test-Only) in Lakewood, for a smog test. After we agreed about the price ($59.99) I had to fill in the form; I had to do this while I was standing up, outside, in front of the garage door. The owner of the business checked the car (it took him forever); he didn’t actually have to do the tailpipe emissions inspection because “OBDII not ready”.
