For my initial consultation the doctor was half an hour late in seeing me and just brushed it off like it was nothing when I said something. The consultation was very rushed and short, and I do not feel she addressed what I was there for. She did however check my face for potential cancers (not at all what I was there for) and suggested a cream which seems to be working. I have never left a review for a medical facility, however I would not recommend this clinic for kids. I am not sure if it was intentional, but I found the Dr to be dismissive and condescending. I had been referred here by my GP however I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. I obviously understood the fees prior but paying $320 for a 5 minute consultation was underwhelming.
From start to finish, my experience here has been exceptional. The doctors took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff were warm, welcoming, and kept me updated at every stage of the process.
