I have never left a review for a medical facility, however I would not recommend this clinic for kids. I am not sure if it was intentional, but I found the Dr to be dismissive and condescending. I had been referred here by my GP however I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. I obviously understood the fees prior but paying $320 for a 5 minute consultation was underwhelming.
From start to finish, my experience here has been exceptional. The doctors took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The staff were warm, welcoming, and kept me updated at every stage of the process. Appalling customer service. No fault on the doctors and nurses but the reception team need a complete overhaul. It’s a real shame. They lack any basic conflict resolution skills to deliver customer service and instead deliver sarcasm as an alternative. I had better skills working in retail at 17 years of age. Don’t bother trying to ask about cancellations, it’s apparently too much of a hassle for them to explain their process around cancellations (they don’t rebook or offer these appointments).
