Dr Hong and her entire team of nurses and administrators are so kind and professional. Finding a melanoma last year was a surprise for me but I am 100% confident I had the best care and my follow-ups are thorough and reassuring. I am now also getting fabulous care from the team for sun damage on my face. Highly recommend the whole team!
One of the dermatologists Dr A Lee here was incredibly dismissive, did not pay attention to questions, gave a cookie cutter set of prescriptions and regime that were far too excessive without trying a minimal approach first. Luckily did not follow the regime, sought another opinion that was much less excessive and it worked. Really felt like the consult was a waste of money.

Two weeks later, my son’s skin became worse, so we went to another... read more
I waited for over 1 hour for my appointment, and the consultation lasted only about 5 minutes. Despite the very short time spent with me, I was charged $320, which I feel is quite expensive for such a brief visit. I understand doctors can be busy, but long waiting times with no communication or explanation are frustrating. I would have appreciated better time management and a more thorough consultation for the fee charged. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience.
