Appalling customer service. No fault on the doctors and nurses but the reception team need a complete overhaul. It’s a real shame. They lack any basic conflict resolution skills to deliver customer service and instead deliver sarcasm as an alternative. I had better skills working in retail at 17 years of age. Don’t bother trying to ask about cancellations, it’s apparently too much of a hassle for them to explain their process around cancellations (they don’t rebook or offer these appointments). I understand how busy specialists get - however the receptionist just leave you standing - the nurses leave you sitting in cold rooms the drs just run from one patient to another & have an appointment booked for every 10 minutes- then seriously charge you what they can…
