Great place to call home. From management to maintenance, everyone is always so welcoming.
Excellent apartment! Was recommended to me by two former apartments who enjoyed living there as well (one from one of their other properties). I enjoy the character of St. Francis and both the apartments and grounds are well taken care of. I also enjoy that the employees (both office and maintenance) know you. Definitely would recommend.
Extremly polite and helpful manager and staff, fast response to maintenance requests, good neighbourhood, great place to live overall.
Ive lived here for 2 months and it's a very nice place,staff is friendly and the apartments are nice.
