I love this apartment, everyone here is really nice including maintenance people! Front office always doing amazing with there job and maintenance always getting the job done quickly. This place is such an affordable comfortable place to live in even though it doesn't come with a washer and dryer ir does give you connection option and ability to go by the lau dry mat at the apartment. I've called St. Francis home for over 4 years now, and I've got to say, it's been pretty awesome. What sets this place apart? Well, besides the fact that you get a ton of space in each apartment, it's the people who run the show here that make all the difference. First off, the maintenance crew are absolute rockstars. I love the attention Of the administration,It is a great place, very safe, clean and especially spacious for my baby and my two pets. Its maintenance is constant
I have lived at St. Francis for three months now. Although upon move-in, some things needed attention, I must say that ease of communication, very timely responses and also very timely results from maintenance, have made my short time here absolutely excellent! I’m very thankful and am comfortable, content and pleased with the decision I made to move here.
