If you are a Tricare prime beneficiary stay away from this facility. I have tricare standard and even tho is one of the urgent care in the network, they sent me invoice to pay 99.53. I contacted Tricare twice and was told they had already paid that amount and that I should’ve never being billed. Long story short, I received a letter from a collection company for the amount TRICARE had already paid them a month prior to me receiving the letter. Plus the staff were super rude and the facility itself smelled like a cheap motel.
In and out in under an hour. All the ladies were lovely. Very straight forward and helpful. Would absolutely go back again if needed.
I am dissatisfied. I always go here, I recently went and was given medication for treatment. After 5 days I realized my symptoms were not getting any better, I called for 4 days Mon-thurs, to not get a call back. A lady at the desk tells me I can come in, I go on Friday to let them know the meds weren't working. They told me that I would have to be seen again which clearly ticked me off. why do I have to pay again when you obviously misdiagnosed me or gave wrong medication. I will no longer be going here.
Simone if fabulous! Listens, examines and delivers a plan of care with great bedside manner. The Tech (don't you hate it when you can't remember someone's name) was super nice and caring. Front desk great customer service. Gave them only 5 �, that was highest option. Thank you!
I was attending the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia in Columbus, has a cold and just not feeling well. One of the attendees suggested I go to St. Francis. The personnel there were so professional and made us feel so comfortable. We got turned around and the young lady on the phone wouldn't hang up until we said we were comfortable with her directions. The young lady that took care of my info, vital signs, and flushed out my ear was too sweet, even though I was tugging at her (ear flush wasn't too pleasant). ... read more
