After Mirna (property manager) called me and scheduled an appointment for me to sign and go through some paperworks as my name was next in waitlist, she told me that the unit does not have assigned parking. She said parking is on first come first serve basis. I hope the management/mercy housing fix this issue, as this will help tenants not to struggles finding space for parking. This was a very de motivational factor for me why I couldn’t move to this location.
Called to check on availability. Was told the waitlist is 7-10 YEARS!!! Yes years…. You heard that right. Stay away basically what I was told
I have been living here for 3 years. I like the apartments it good and clean and new but the security or safety of this location is really bad especially for children. They have no security guards. And this is the fourth time that our bikes have been stolen we even wrote a police report because it keeped happening but the office and staff is not doing anything about it.
I like this place but I could be better!
