Great experience! Just had a study done and the staff was very informative about the process! Everything was handled in a timely manner by the daytime staff before my appointment. The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the curtains in room 4. The outside light kept shining in. My night tech tried to fix it to better accommodate me but the curtains would not go any further! Overall, a great experience!
A great staff who listens and cares for their patients… from the time I started the process to get set up for my study, to insurance issues, multiple calls and different representatives at the lab my experience was a 10 out of 10. I cannot say enough about them .
Robert Densmore, the patient, and I, his caregiver, had a great experience whereby exceptional courtesy, comfort, and dedicated service was a top priority. The check-in process was a breeze, the rooms were a nice and cool temperature with blackout curtains, the beds were comfy and ready for sleep, and as a whole the lab was our preferred kind of clean. Great service. They were very accommodating for a three-year-old.
My son had a sleep study in November. He had a better experience than he had anticipated. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
