The service that you get from the sleep study is excellent. They go over everything with you and you can even call them if you're having problems with it at night, I love the atmosphere. Very very nice people
The lab people were amazing. They explained everything. Told me I would hear from someone within 72 hours, doctor would look at study next day, and send results to my doctor. DID NOT GET SATISFACTION FROM DOCTOR. I called after 72 hours, and was told that was not correct, it would take 2 weeks. I called back after 2 weeks, and left a message, but no one called back. Next day I received an email from St Francis that ONLY stated Sleep study was normal. No report, no call, nothing. I have been on a C-PAP for over 10 years.

It was a great experience. Ive never had to have a sleep study done and the 2 ladys thats was working that night was great. I remember one of their names (Amanda) only because it was my name. But they made it fun. The other dayshift lady was great too. She was very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to people. St. Francis has gotten a lot better with their care and compassion as far as i have experienced. Thank yall and i hope yall always put the patient first. God bless you guys!
Great experience! Just had a study done and the staff was very informative about the process! Everything was handled in a timely manner by the daytime staff before my appointment. The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the curtains in room 4. The outside light kept shining in. My night tech tried to fix it to better accommodate me but the curtains would not go any further! Overall, a great experience!
