I had such an amazing experience here today. Not only did they get me in the day after I called, but they also ran all the tests I needed on the same day, while 20 other places I called just left me hanging or couldn't see me for weeks. I really appreciate the staff and all they did for me. I highly recommend coming here! They really do care for their patients. 💙
Billing department is poor they have billed me for wrong dates, then they billed me for medication I never approved. Sent me to collections, I paid to get them off my back and now they are trying to re-bill me again. I do not recommend this place at all. For a company that says they are christian they do not show that towards their patients.
The staff is terrible they never follow up . I am am tired of it and now I am making a formal complaint with my medical insurance company . I continue to have massive headaches dealing with this doctors Office. I suffer from central and obstructive sleep apnea and headaches for months . The staff does not return phone calls . WORST experience EVER! After waiting over a month for an appt regarding insomnia, Dr Averill prescribed a sleeping med that costs almost $800 and not covered by insurance. For TWO DAYS now, both the pharmacist and myself have been calling his office to get a substitute rx at no avail. The pharmacy called 2x yesterday and 2x today. I called first thing this morning myself. I then called the answering service and found they have NO after hour message pickup whatsoever for patients. We are extremely happy with Dr Averill who is not only very competent but also a very personable, friendly doctor. The staff was excellent also. We feel blessed to have him as our doctor
