Very kind people. Didn't doubt what I was experiencing at all. Very affirming.
Staff was very friendly but the air freshener (fabreeze plug-in?) was SOOO strong. How can that even be allowed in a medical environment? I started weezing and had to leave. It also took a very long time to see a nurse and I was the only one in there🤷🏻♀️ They don't really know what "urgent" means I guess. But they were all very nice.
Came in for a dog bite. Was treated quickly with little wait and staff was exceptionally nice.
Very frustrating experience. I showed up to this urgent care expecting to be seen in person, only to find out they were only offering telehealth visits. There was no indication online or anywhere beforehand that in-person care wasn’t available. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve run into this issue at this location. If an urgent care is going to switch to telehealth-only, patients need to be clearly notified before they make the trip.
