Great care of patients and so awesome psych, labs and all located right in the office!
I was very disappointed with this doctors office. I came here as a new patient. The doctor put me on a medication. Didn't monitor me on this medicine. And I started have a really bad reaction. I tried to see my doctor several different times or any doctor in this practice. They told me nobody could see me. And told me to go to the Emergency room. And my doctor wouldn't even talk to me about my issues I was having. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They would let you die and wouldn't even lift a finger to help you.
Dr. MAC is a great doctor. Went there for yes. Hated to lose Dr.MacMillian but I kept getting my appointments canceled. Last time they were canceled 4 times. I need a doctor I can see. I was sick once and gave me an appointment 2 weeks later and with a NP. I quit and am looking for another office.
I had a decent expirence with the doctor there she was kind and knowledgeable Dr joanna smith was a pleasure to visit. Although i cant say as much for the staff who answer the phone since i had been having kidney problems which a fever is a common side affect . I was told that i could not come to my doctors office . I was scheduled for lab work for kidney and liver trouble that i will not be able to get because urgent care where i was refered do not run these types of test.
