The vet was very informative and loved my Lola. So patient too!
Godspeed has always been very good with my pets. They are the only vet that I will trust with regard to emergencies or operations on my pets. They understand how much my furbabies mean to my family, and are always patient with us and the staff is very good at calling with updates.
The care and compassion that has been shown to our family throughout the years has been exemplary. From the puppy years to the tears we have shead together at the passing of our beloved dogs, we have been well cared for by all the folks at Godspeed.
We have only used their boarding facilities and are sad that we can no longer do that because we really liked the staff. This facility requires many more inoculations than the others in the area and we're not willing to give our dog shots our vet doesn't believe are necessary (like doggy flu vaccines).
I heard about the news story in Norfolk, I was sad to hear about anyone's pet dying. HOWEVER, I have a Yorkie and a Pug for which I have boarded both (together) and use Godspeed for their vet care and have EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT TRULY PROFESSIONAL, CARING SERVICE. Anytime you board an animal, especially tiny breeds such as ours, and with another dog, it is more difficult to monitor individual dogs intake of food and water. I took my sick rat, Gulliver, to Godspeed in hopes of getting him better. While there we found out he had a heart condition that he could not recover from and he was dying. We chose euthanasia. The decision was hard but, the staff at Godspeed did an amazing job. I am very pleased with the service they provided and the clay print they provided me with was so much more than I expected. Thank you everyone! �
