I requested a call back from the nurse yesterday due to an important issue. Not life threatening but I wanted to see if the side effect that I was experiencing was normal. I had requested this call back early in the day, they never called me. I call today to see what’s taking so long for the callback, they say the nurse is seeing somebody and she will call me back. Still no call back! And that number that they tell us to call for experience. Nobody ever answers that number either! This place is a joke!
I LOVE my OB!!!! However if you have to schedule any type of surgery I highly recommend not allowing Cathy to schedule the appointments. Back in September I had a very difficult time getting her to on the line or to return my call so that we could set the appointment. It took two days but I was finally able to get things set. I was told that I had an appointment on 10/21/24 at 8:45am with my OB and then an appointment at 10am for pre-op. The OB I see here is really good and I have no complaints regarding any of my appointments I’ve had with her, however it is almost impossible to ever get in touch with her even when it’s urgently advised by the ER to get in touch with your OB asap for possible pregnancy complications. When you call the front desk says they will pass on a message to the phone nurse but they never return your calls. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to returning phone calls.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Kaby for a few years. I was extremely excited to have a female gynecologist because I believed I would receive better care. I sure was wrong. I have been calling to get an appointment for about a week now and have yet to receive a call back. I have called every day, and the office staff looks at the notes and informs me that the nurse is waiting for the doctor to respond.
