I was there in February for birth of my grandson and was totally disgusted with the L-D doctors along with 1 of the anesthesologists that tended to my daughter the hospitalist that tended to my daughter was amazing, there were several nurse in L-D that were great Rebekka was great the third floor that we were shuttled to later was horrible, nurses on that floor have no business doing what they do and the OB's from the practice that my daughter used have no business either tending to patients, I would never ever recommend any... read more

I had a terrible experience there back in November 2019. I have yet to get any response from the patient advocate regarding our discussion of events. I obtained an injury from an individual in the OR. There was incorrect information put into my chart that I feel could be damaging in the future and needs to be corrected. I have suggested for a specific time to talk on the phone rather than be expected to be available for a random return call. Instead we have been playing phone tag. ER Department employee is so professional, helpful. Handwashing and Sanitizing equipment are the best for patient and Nuses to prevent spreading infection. They do Handwashing and Sanitization. St Francis Hospital is qualified for 5 Stars
