Everyone from the receptionist to nurse to Doctor Orillosa is thoughtful and knowledgeable.
This clinic just opened back up, and I'm glad it did. The staff is friendly. Dr. Orillosa is awesome. She is nice, shows concern, and takes time with you. I had my epidural steroid injection today, and she was very thorough, made sure I was okay throughout the procedure, and explained every step, She's so sweet. Highly recommend.
I had a good visit with the Nurse Practitioner. She answered my questions and referred me to a doctor that could help my specific concerns. I am hopeful that St Francis will do a better job of understanding and communicating with the Doctors they want to hire. The Doctors are leaving the hospital setting for a reason. Please find out why.
I couldn't ask for a better pain management team!!
